Well, its July 4th 2009, it is the anniversary of our nation's founding. Our declaration of Independance from Britian. Under the oppresive rule of the British Monarchs of the day, we declared our independance and formed a new nation, one on the principles of liberty. It wasnt easy, you had 13 different colonies, each with their own traditions and cultures, even different religions, for example New Jersey was mostly catholic, while Georgia was protestant, Pennsylvania was mostly Quakers,etc. Our country was revolutionary at the time, as it emphasised freedom of the individual and his rights given to him by god to make his own choices, and decisions, and to create his own destiny. Its amazing how in less than a year how our country resembles the very one we declared independance against. We are stuck with a tyranical president, whos ruling style comes right out of Zaïre or Zimbabwe. Rouge government agencies taking control of our private property rights, such as the EPA and the Treasury Department seizing our wealth to fund the latest waste of money scheme. We have seen our great industry fall under government control. (I cant exactly fault the government, since GM and Chrysler basically killed themselves making utter crap for decades, Ford aint much better off, theyre just lucky the Crown Vic keeps them in business.) Our banking system is in shambles and it appears no matter how muhc money they fork over to it, its never enough. On Sean Hannity's show the other day he was pointing out all the government waste in the stimulus bill. Millions to study bizare animals or the latest highway to nowhere. In California, farms are being destroyed because an irrigation system was shut off to protect some stupid fish. Such is the logic of the liberals in charge, they dont care about humanity, they will find every excuse to halt our industries. Where I live some dumbasses bought condos next to a rail yard and are complaining to the MTA to have them shut off the diesel trains, which is a very time consuming process to get em off and on. Some people think they can just move somewhere and everything else thats there must bend to their will. If they dont like it, they can move! If the founding fathers saw our country, they would be appalled at the mess the democrats in congress and our kaffir in chief have created. Trillions in Debt, no energy policy, no defense policy. We must unite against these liberals, in 2010 we can beat them! Dont say that this is inevitable, thats looser talk, fight and win back your country against those who wish to destroy it! Also get a copy of Liberty and Tyranny by Mark Levin, his book is full of information to arm yourself with knowledge to help beat tehse sissy-ass liberals. Let our voices be heard, if our Republican leaders are too cowardly to fight back we must do it ourselves.
